Template Licence

This Template Licence (“Licence”) governs the use of all digital templates and related materials purchased from Studio TSM (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Studio TSM template or related materials, you agree to comply with the terms of this Licence.

1. Licence Grant

When you purchase a template from Studio TSM, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use licence to use the template.

This licence allows you to use the template once for a single project, website, or design instance.

A separate licence must be purchased for each additional use of the template.

2. Permitted Use

Under this licence, you may:

  • Use the template to create one website or design project

  • Modify text, images, colours, and other content within the template

  • Use the template for your personal or business website

  • Use the template to build a single website for a client

The template must not be reused for multiple websites, projects, or clients without purchasing an additional licence.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template

  • Offer the template for sale as a template or design product

  • Share the template files with others

  • Share access to template transfer links or files

  • Upload the template to marketplaces, template libraries, or download sites

  • Claim the template design as your own work

  • Use the template to create competing templates or derivative template products

Any attempt to redistribute or resell the template, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

4. Design and Structural Protection

The design, layout, structure, and creative elements of Studio TSM templates are protected by copyright.

No part of the template’s:

  • layout

  • design structure

  • page architecture

  • component arrangements

  • visual styling

may be copied, extracted, or reused for the purpose of creating or selling another template or template-based product.

This restriction applies even if the template has been modified.

5. Supporting Materials

Templates purchased from Studio TSM may include supporting materials, such as:

  • setup guides

  • starter guides

  • video tutorials

  • documentation

  • onboarding resources

  • educational materials

These materials are provided solely to assist the purchaser in using the template.

Supporting materials must not be shared, redistributed, copied, or made publicly available.

They may not be used to create competing products, courses, or educational materials.

6. Single Use Requirement

Each template purchase allows the template to be used once.

If you wish to:

  • build additional websites using the same template

  • use the template for multiple clients

  • reuse the template for multiple projects

you must purchase an additional licence for each use.

7. Ownership

All Studio TSM templates, designs, supporting materials, and related content remain the intellectual property of Studio TSM.

Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use the product, not ownership of the design or underlying files.

8. Violations of This Licence

Unauthorised use, redistribution, or resale of Studio TSM templates or materials may result in:

  • licence termination

  • removal of access to products

  • legal action where appropriate

9. Updates to This Licence

Studio TSM may update this Licence from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
